Tom and Anna are both want chocolate. Tom came to the shop and found the last chocolate snack on earth, but it was 5 dollars and Tom wanted to buy it in 3. so he asked for the manager to get it for 3, and the manager agreed. 3 hours later came Anna and went to the manager's ofice and asked for chocolate, and she said she will pay 10 dollars for it. so the manager and Anna really screwed here, right>>?
We have rules and they are not so hard to folow. some of you find your claim important enough to folow them even if it makes them look one more page of pictures on google or to count 12 lines in the MAL page, and some of you thinks you can just brake any rule you want and you have a natural right to claim, and i want to belive you don't really mean to be bad or doing bad things. But nothing is free but the right to think. If you want the right to claim, you need to give us a reason to give the claim to you, and coming first is not a reason. lot's of people came before Einstein and we still respect him and not them. I am not asking you to have a lots of posts or be a member in MAL for a long time, all i want you to do is to folow a few rules. the rules cicks out all those who don't respect the character enough - those who didn't gain theyr right to claim here, and keeps all the characters to those who really deserve this right. also, it makes my life easyer.
Some clubs you get your right to claim by posting a lot. Others makes you wait 3 mounths. Here the only thing you are being asked for is to some rules. If you won't folow them, don't be surprised when we ignore your claim/when Shiraasan will shoot you.

Fix/drop your claim if it's ignored. if you won't, your second claim will be ignored as well and other people will be able to claim the character.
If you edit your claim, quote your last post and edit THE QUOTE. DO NOT DEAR posting "I edited my claim" or your unedited post and to say you edited it, I'll let Shiraasan kill you if you do.
The fact you need to proof is that your claim us a gun-user. I allow you to use lots of ways to proof this fact. MAL pages, relateds, manga, youtube clips... If you want to use a proof from the MAL page, do it like this:
Here copy the right lines that proofs your charater uses a gun (lines whatever to whatever)
any other way to use the MAL page will be ignored even if your claim is related to the club. To use a youtube clip you should make sure we will know who is the character we need to look at, so if the characters has no pics in the MAL page, add some or provide one. you can also use things like explaning what is the job of the character. for example, if i claim Winer, i can just write "as a vampire hunter he uses also guns". but if you proof this way and you say only what the character is working as ("he is a vampire hunter") i will not accept it. Any other kinds of proofs will be ignored.
If you write a proof on your own, stop for a second, read it again and think. If you were the list updater, would you accept this claim?

-For Those Who Wants Banners-
How many pics to provide(I count only pics that are sized 210x110 and over it!):
-If the character has no pics at all in the MAL page, 3 pics minimum.
-If the character has only one or 2 pics, 2 pics or more.
-If the character has more than 3 pics, 1 pic or more.
-If you posted a wallpaper, provide 1 more pic to those you alredy provided.
-If you have 5 pics or more to provide, link to them please.
I am allowed to use pics you did not provide and pics from the MAL page.
If you want me to use one spesific pic post only it. if the pic you want is on the MAL page let me know.
I am allowed to refuse making a banner for someone or to refuse remaking it.
I will not remake your banner if you provided less pics than what you needed to, if the pics you provided is really bad quality, if you wanted me to use a spesific pic or if you have problems with the size and you did not ask for a size.
