Edit (09/15/20): Hi there! Since Black Haze has already been on indefinite hiatus for more than 2 years, this club is no longer active. Sorry for the late announcement. I will leave this club open here as a memory in honor of Yong Yong's first published work. Who knows, perhaps it will return in the future depending on how well-received Yong Yong's other work is. At this point, it seems like Black Haze has gone through so many publishers (e.g. naver, ttale, foxtoon) that no publishing company is willing to pick it up.  If you are a huge fan of the author and would like to check out other works, feel free to check out "Charlotte has five disciples". It also has some dark fantasy and comedic elements similar to that of "Black Haze" , but the main character is a female instead of a male. Thanks for dropping by and have a great day!

WARNING! Summary includes spoilers!
Synopsis: Rood, an exceptionally strong  rank 1 class magician, is sent by Master of Opion to infiltrate a prestigious school for future magicians called Helios. His secret mission is to protect the second son of a duke, Lidudis, who gets shunned by the school and bullied by upperclassmen.  In Helios, there are three classes separated by levels:Iduns (lower class), klads (middle class), and heredis (upperclass). As Rood slowly unravels secrets of Lidudis, he gets intangled in a series of troublesome events and meets some enemies who endanger the entire school. Rood may also be getting closer to discovering his true identity and recovering memories from his mysterious past.

Description of characters( To be updated)

Main characters
Dio Varus 
Dio is a triagonist of the story and his true form is a dragon with orange eyes and slit pupils. He is cooperating with Ruby monter nim because there is a traitor that  he wants to kill. He infiltrates Helios as an Idun to  find the mysterious traitor. Dio is also one of Rood's friends and notices that Rood smells nostalgic(demon world) after the Ishuella incident. Dio is one of  few people who know Black Magician's identity.
Rood Christi
Rood Christi is the main protagonist who is a rank 1 magician(a.k.a black magician) and idun attending Helios. He become famous after an incidrnt that involved slaying a powerful and massive demon. He was sent by Opion's master under the duchess' s order to protect her second son from getting bullied by the entire school. Rood is protective of Lidusis and tries his best to protect him from dangers. Not too many people know of Rood's identity.
Lidusis Dien ArtianLidusis Dien Artien (a.k.a monster) is the deutogonist of the story. He was bullied when he first entered school as an Idun due to a mysterious incident at the library when he emitted a enormous amount of black mana from his body. He is a shy and withdrawn guy because of a traumatic experience he went through when he was younger. At first, Lidusis avoids Rood because he doesnt want Rood to get misfortunes from associating with him, but he learns to open up and becomes Rood's friend.
iel Iel is an ambitious idun who aspires to become a Heredis within three years. She has an antisocial and cold personality,  despite being popular with guys in her class. Her objectivity allows her to assess a situation calmly without panicking. Iel was the only person to not bully lidusis because she does not like to get involved in anyone's business. After Rood managed to bring down most of the klads during target hitting, she becomes interested in Rood and wants to team up with him. Iel's dream is to meet the black magician and become powerful like him. As of now, she still doesn't know Rood is the black magician.

[b]Lin Noa [b]
Lin Noa is an Idun who was the first besides Rood to stand up for Lidusis. Unknowst to her, Rood knows her little brother, Ben Noa and was grateful to him when she found out he delievered Ben's letters to her.During the Ishurlla Incident, she was attacked by a mid class demon, but was saved by a blue "dragon" with orange slitted eyes.
Shicmuon Shicmuon is an A-rank magician from the Magician's Association. He has an uncanny obsession with Black Magician after the incident that involved Black Magician annihilating some high rank demons with horns. Every time he sees the Black Magician, he wants to fight and kill him.  Due to his reckless behavior, the head of the Magician's Association bribed the head of Helios to send him to school and lied to Shicmuon that Black Magician attends Helios(which coincidentally happens to be true).Professor Rowell
