Wanted to share an article I recently read which highlights a couple of apps on the Android OS for studying Japanese:

The two apps are Anki and Aedict3 in case anyone is already familiar with those. I may try them out at some point, and would personally recommend an app called Kana Mind for those who may be trying to learn Hiragana and Katakana.

On a couple of unrelated notes, does anyone have an Android emulator that they would recommend for PC? I play a few games on the phone and they kill my battery.. Speaking of which I plan to get an external battery and a couple of 10-foot cables from Anker so I'll try to let you guys know how they hold up over time.

Yes, I went for the S4. I didn't have the luxury of time to look around as my S2's charging port stopped working. It's turned out OK, don't have any complaints.
