Chicago is the largest city in the region, followed by Detroit and Indianapolis. Other cities in the region include: Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Des Moines, Fort Wayne, Grand Rapids, Kansas City, Madison, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Omaha, St. Louis, and Wichita.
