The setting for this club takes place after the events in the series. A new military force has been established in soul society, one that has been consolidated into seven divisions. Each division has been set with key responsibilities to fulfill in order to ensure the proper maintenance of the soul society. However, each division acts as a separate body from the other, and not every division has a working relationship with the other. At the same time, other unique factions have surface in the Human World and Hueco Mundo. Most notably Quincy, and Fullbringers.[/b]

The World of Fullbring is one of living in secret beneath the layer of human society, regular human society that is. Fullbring are essentially human, but they are also something more, something darker yet still human, part hollow they are the freaks of humanity and to avoid standing out they don the disquise of a regular humans in hope of blending in. However being alone is a sad life, and therefor fullbring naturally bound together, forming groups and families that roam the earth; and out of this formed an underground society, a layer beneath the layer of regularity. This unnormal layer is the world of fullbring, a place where only three rules apply, the unbreakable trinity that all Fullbring must keep to heart and never break to avoid their world from falling into chaos. 1. Never Kill or steal the power from another Fullbring. 2. Expose the world of fullbring to the world of regulars. 3. Do not harvest powers. (Holding more than three Fullbrings) These Laws are enforced by the F-Laws, an Organization of Fullbring sworn to uphold these three unbreakable laws, they are highely skilled warriors that bring the only sentance that exist within the Fullbring Society, death, to all who choose to not abide by the Trinity. More Information on playing a fullbring:(Recommended Read) The Trinity F-Laws, more popularly known as "Flaws" are super-soldier Fullbring working in an organization that hunts those decleared lawless by the Fullbring Community. Being decleared lawless does not only mean that the Flaws will be hunting you, it also means you are outside the Flaws protection aswell, meaning that any fullbring within and outside the law can steal your power without breaking the first law(Holding more than 3 powers still apply). This causes the criminal to become isolated from the fullbring community aswell has hunted, a very unfavourable position to be in as a fullbring. The F-Laws themeselves are not an entirerly indepndent organization, indeed its existance is owed to Hakushi Mitsuteri-Rin, the CEO of "Raven Corp", a worldspanning corporation that has a deep influence within the Fullbring community due to its deep involement in the creation of shelter and providing guidance and help to new and old fullbring. Hakushi himself is a Fullbring and the chief executive of the F-Laws aswell as an all around unoffical leader for much of the fullbring world, however the fullbring world is largly anarchistic and outside the Trinity there are no enforcement, to the point where the F-Laws won't lift a finger to stop another fullbring from massacrating humans, as long as it does not break the second law, that is the cold but messured truth of the F-laws. To play a fullbring means that one must follow these rules or risk the reprecaustions. Being decleared lawless does not mean that you automaticly die, no goddmodding will occure, but you will be forced out of the community and probably killed sooner or later, by ether other Fullbring players or the F-Laws. Living as a lawless means that entering threads will leave you at risk for -F-laws finding you, or random players searching you(within reason). The 3 law is to prevent power hoarding, one can in this RP change his non-main powers by dropping them and then attaining the new power as long as it does not go above 3, which means you will be decleared lawless(Though, only if your found out). You cannot drop stolen powers however, at that point, it does not matter as you are already lawless. Starting out as a Fullbring When you start out as a Fullbring you can pick to start out indenpendently, be a part of some group of other RPers, or you can start in the F-Laws. Starting in the F-Laws means that you are working beneath Hakushi, an NPC (former original character) Leader Character. Being an F-Law means that you will be sent out to enforce the Trinity whenever it is broken or even sendt out to do other missions to protect the Fullbring Community. Choosing the F-Laws means that you will have access to the information database of Raven-Corp and alocated company resources, training facilities and weapon technlogy designed for Fullbring in mind aswell as many RP opportunites. Being an F-Law will give you some authority but this comes mostly from fear or respect, and you might find yourself ether hated or loved by other players and NPCs due to the nature of your job, some might know you as one that coldly killed one of their loved ones that accidently broke the second law, or the hero that slew the power-stealing fullbring that had gone on a rampage. Etherway, being a F-law means that you will have less freedom in your RP but not by much and you can always leave the F-Laws if you so wish. Playing Indepdent or in a group holds no special perks or rules, the only thing a regular fullbring have to keep in mind is to uphold the trinity, lest they get the F-Laws on their backs.
