Morita-san wa Mukuchi

Morita-san wa Mukuchi are about characters in both anime having fun and doing various silly things. They both have silent protagonists, and the shows are relatively short. 

Both are shorts with an all-girl cast doing silly things at breaks times during school. 

Exactly the similar kind of manga getting adapted. Four-koma manga with a focus around something, just one thing that is funny (mini 28-years-old teacher and taciturn girl.) Similar style, pace and humor. Scope of this kind of story may be narrow, but skilled writers can make a lot of jokes out of that one thing using the settings and supporting characters. Characteristic of good short comedy and four-koma. Art direction of the anime is also exemplary similar. Simple outline, simple painting, low detail background, characters with simple but distinguishable looks. Watch one thing, remind you of the other, right away.
