Mokei Senshi Gunpla Builders Beginning G

Short, self-contained stories seemingly in the Gundam Build-verse, contains plenty of fanservice for those familiar with the various Gundam universes. Simple stories great for introductions into the Build-series. 

The main point of these anime is to promote mecha model kits - as the anime showcases robot fights said plastic models represent. 

Kids find toys and fight with them. The only big difference is that Busou Shinki takes itself significantly more seriously than Gunpla Builders does. 

If you've ever wanted to know what incredibly enjoyable commercials are like, look no further. 

Battling robot tournaments with shoutouts to other series? Yes please. Beginning G is much more blatantly an advertisement, and is much shorter than Zero, but similar in many ways.
