Same type of thing ... guy goes to school and meets monster girls and vampires at that :)

Both series are about a type of vampire and this girl has a strange feeling when she first met the transfer student..So these series have much in common at the beginning. Both series have the same atmosphere.

vampire, school, i think both main dudes have powers (Fortune Arterial not far enough in story to be sure)

Calamity of Night [Sola] and Vampire [Fortune Arterial] are both immortals and have supernatural powers. They will meet a human, and then the story starts... While watching, you will see both anime have the same feel to it, mostly when it comes to the ending. Sola, I feel, has more action while Fortune focus much more on Drama.

the main male character comes back to a town he used to be in without his parents, and then sees friends he has made during his time there, he gets appointed to a management role in the school, he also finds love there.

Both series contain the vampire theme as well as romance, drama, and mystery. There's less action in Fortune Arterial but the romance theme is present. Both series also takes place at a school setting.

The theme of vampires plays a role in both of these series. The setting of both anime(s) takes place @ school and the main character adjusts to his new circumstances as he meets the main girl and other characters. Romance and mystery are imminent.

Both anime deal with vampires and romance on some level. Both are at a school setting. Vampire Knight and Fortune both have some level of mystery to them as well. If you like one you'll def. like the other.

Same thing: guy goes back to town from his childhood where this girl knew him and was his best friend, although there is no vampires or supernatural powers or anything of that sort. The main character also has a harem.

Both anime series involves the main protagonist being surrounded by girls of various personalities in a supernatural like setting. There's also romantic comedy like atmosphere although not explored explicitly in either series. However, both series are fun to watch if you're interested in comedy, drama, and fantasy.

More Or Less Both Are Harem Themed Animes, With Both Having Rather Strange Things Happening. In Fortune You Have the Idea Of Mortals And Vampires falling In Love although the Mortal Boy Is Surrounded By Females In A School Environment. And In Clannad You Have A Boy falling In Love With A Girl, Whit Aspects Of Ghosts Visiting (This isn't What Happens, To Avoid Spoiling Ill Stop Here), But With A School Theme As well. So To Summarise Both are Very Much Sci-fi Harems. Clannad Is ALOT Sadder And If You Watch The first Season You HAVE to Watch The Second, Equally As Sad!!! If  read more

the characters Tenma and Yakumo from School Rumble are similar to Kanade and Haruna from Fortune Arterial: Akai Yakusoku, think about it the older sister who is lively and child-like and who actually looks younger than the younger sister who is calm and mature.

Both anime has very similar heartwarming atmosphere and story. If you like Mashiro-iro Symphony then you can also like Fortune Arterial.

Both series have Romance, Slice of School Life, and Drama. The main characters from both series share similar characteristics and are transfer student trying to fit into the school and the town. In doing so, they find the person they truly love and form friendship with new people.

Similarities: Both were tagged as supernatural,Vampire,Romance and harem. Both involves the lead male character who is human and a lead female character who is a beautiful vampire who's fond of the latter's blood. Both were in a school setting. Dissimilarities: One has to protect his human friend (or living blood bank) from other yokais (Rosario + Vampire), while the other has a human friend (or her live blood bank) who has to protect her secrets of being a vampire ( and I'm referring to the lead female character) from getting out (Fortune Arterial). Though both were tagged as harem, in "Rosario + Vampire" the harem really does have romantic  read more
