Comedy that makes no sense.

Both these anime take plase in Sengoku Era, both have similar humor, although 'Sengoku Paradise' is more... Bishounen-ish, then 'Tono to Issho'.

Both are comedies that parody famous samurai generals (only Nobunaga in Joshikousei Nobunaga-chan). While Tono to Isho is more historical, Joshikousei Nobunaga-chan is more ecchi.

They are both parodies about Japanese historical figures from the Sengoku Era.

Both are historical anime that remakes the story of Nobunaga. While Tono to Issho is comedy and more of a parody, Nobunaga Concerto is more shounen. and romantic.

Both are funny & have a character with blue hair.

Super fast-paced Japanese gag manga, complete with Boke-Tsukkomi element. Each gag is short and played fast so even with japanese knowledge that understand school life comedy, you may still need to resort to fansubs. Tono to Issho resort entirely to parodying historical material, particularly the sengoku era. Gag Manga Biyori parody pretty much everything with plenty of original fun, and also feature a lot of historical parody.

Both are short but funny.

Its form the same director and has the same kind of humour/atmosphere to it. Both series are utterly hilarious and have a fair amount of BL fanservice.
