Both episodic anime aimed with the demographic of children and are mainly comedies in genre. They each have fantastical characters where in Kingyo Chuuihou! there is a pink floating goldfish and cows that study at the school, all of which are able to talk the human language as well and 100% Pascal-sensei has Pascal himself (an alien) and Kitada who is a fully functioning boy robot partaking classes too. There is a lot of random stuff going on with the two each episode in the classroom but I like to think comparing the conventions of the two is like seeing how the genre of kids school-set anime  read more

A lot of the crew that would go on to define the 90s Sailor Moon anime first worked on Goldfish Warning. The Sailor Moon shares the most similarity in its first season, with lots of light hearted, cartoonish episodes. If you're looking for something with that SM s1 vibe, this is a great pick.

Both are kids anime from the 90's that centre around children. Although the main setting and plot are different, I think the most similar aspect to them are the classroom dynamics they have, both rich in a hyperactive environment full of colourful art. Kingyo Chuuihou! is mainly set within the school setting whereas although Akazukin Chacha has that quite a bit, there are other things going on too outside of there. If you want a very fun and vibrant anime to watch, I would recommend the two.

Both feature over-the-top comedy, exaggerated reaction faces, social prejudices and fish.

Goldfish warning is kind of like C-ko became god, re-made A-ko in her own image and made B-ko head of state.

GW also features swirly leg traveling and a game of kick the can. Similiar angelic splendiferousness as well. hoho

Goldfish Warning is an obviously older anime, and not completely fansubbed, but goldfish is very silly and cute and revolves around the school life of elementary aged children just like Kodocha.
