Both anime have similar characters, not so much a similar story line. The main male character plays the anti-hero and get help from some sort of supernatural being (watch the first two seasons in order to understand the relationship an story of Shakugan no Shana).

Endgame. The final part of the story. Two MCs change to become nothing like they were at the start, going forward with crazy ambitions so very questionable. Would recommend you start at the start of both series, rather than latching onto the final seasons clueless about prior events.

Both revolve around the man person using fire magic. Shana is more dramatic where Fairy Tail is more on the light-hearted side.

It seems, these absolutely various two serials aren't compatible, but together with infinite fights of heroes these animes force to fall in love with a fascinating anime

Both Shana and the main female lead have similar characteristics! Both have flaming swords! Both fall in love with the main male character if you like Kaze No Stima Your gonna love Shakugan No Shana

In both shows the main protagonist finds out that they are immortal and have a time limit where there powers are refilled. In itsuka Tenma No Kuro Usagi its every 15 minutes his power is restored but in shakugan no shana its every day at midnight. If you liked one you will like the other because there's a lot of fighting

Both series left the school life from previous seasons and focus more on plot and fight scenes.

Kyo is in Kyoshiro's body, similar to how the snake of the festival is in Yuji's. And they both go to get the original body back. There is also romance and supernatural elements.
