If you like short hilarious series with minimalistic flash-like artstyle, Bananya and Kuruneko are brilliant choices! Both portray cute cats and relationship between them and are quite the same in mood. 

Both are comedies in minimalistic style.

Short episodes of fast-paced joke. Gag Manga Biyori is random arrangement while Kuruneko is character centric. There are two ways to say jokes in anime. First is to use poker face and normal voice, usually derived from manga that has shorter dialog. Another is to use extreme facial expression together with loud voice, this usually an adaptation from comedy manga with lengthy dialog. However Gag manga and Kuruneko deliver jokes using both. To be precise, voice acting is the first reason that come to your mind when relating these two shows together.
