Sora no Manimani

Both involve clubs that are just starting out and finding new members. Both of them have comedy as well. 

Teenage boy just wants to fit in at highschool, has no intentions of standing out at all, but a very strange and rambunctious girl forces him to join her club. Slowly he begins to become more comfortable with hanging out with his weird new friends. Both are very funny anime as well.

Both main characters in both series seem similar. The males are more serious as the female leads are more not so serious. Both animes are comedy romance as well.  

The most apparent similarity is their focus on astronomy. Sora no Manimani explores the beauty of the night sky, while Twin Spica delves into the lure of space and space travel. Beyond that though, there is a gentle dignity to both series -- in the day-to-day life, troubles and challenges, interpersonal relationships, and romance. Energy comes from small, spunky girls who do not allow challenges to get in the way of their love for astronomy. Quietly supporting them are male childhood friends -- with a touch of sweet, understated romance. 

the relationship between the main characters in both anime are similar.. Mihoshi is like nodame is a push over.. while Saku and chiaki are having trouble dealing with her but in the same time they don't mind having the girl beside them. 

Both animes are about friends who like stars. In Sora no Manimani - a girl and a boy, in Koisuru Asteroid - two girls. They meet at school after several years of separation and join the astronomical club. There they are going to fulfill their dreams.

Both shows contain similar vibes, where you the viewer can relax and possibly discover a new hobby to do with outdoor activities. Very chill and very comfortable to watch shows.

What makes them so similar is that they're both about some MC who joins a club where the creatos are older than the MC. They're also quite open about their love and the male upperclasman in both serie is kind of lifeless and different. 

Both series revolve around astronomy and stargazing, with similar interactions between the lead male and female (initially male is not a fan of the female, who is generally rather compassionate toward him). The settings, however, could not be more different

Both are slice of life shows that teach scientific topics in an interesting way. Sora no Manimani is centered around astronomy while Moyashimon is centered around microbiology and agriculture. 

Both anime are soothing, fun to watch, have really good comedy, with slight romantic flavour. Both are about normal school life, with wide variety of quirky characters adding fun! At the end of episodes you are always left with a smile! Both the anime portray relationship between classmates, seniors and best friends. Like how well friends take care of each other without expecting anything in return and such. Both anime have a really great way of expressing these delicate sentiments, subtly but in depth at the same time. That's the best part about both these anime. On the surface all the characters in these anime are funny, but deep down they all give a feeling of being very perceptive. That's what i could relate to very much. If you like one, you'll definitely enjoy the other. (Kimi to Boku has nothing to do with astronomy by the way. If you are looking for that, but general feel is very similar) read more 

After many years, the male protagonist is reunited with his childhood friend, a small but extremely high-energy girl. He doesn't remember her very well or doesn't want to remember her because of all the crazy things she put him through. While the girl practically clings to him, all the boy wants to do is read books. There is a small level of romance between the two although the boy doesn't want to recognize it. Both are very funny shows.

hmm Sora no manimani is prety similar in comedy styles, i think, but the whole romance comedy made me remember it, soo i though i would just put it here. All in all, they are both funny

A person joins a club which he/she is not really fit for, but the warm atmosphere makes things go for the better. 

Both are school comedies with similar feel to them and you can find similar characters too. Sora is more concentrated on club activities and love triangle though. 

Simple stories that take place on the schoolground. No supernatural, no dramas, no ecchi. Plain as it seems to be but enjoyable indeed.
