Both titles feature a soft-spoken girl who actually likes the protagonist. Aharen cannot speak well while Mie is myopic, ultra myopic. Both girls are also cute and clumsy in their own way, creating circumstances for the MC

Both shows have a female mc, who’s a sigma gigachad, and yet somehow manages to be a loving person, and a pussy male mc, who’s always hiding under the heroine’s skirt, figuratively speaking.

If you like shows where boy needs to take care of the girl due to some circumstance then both have it. The setting is similar since both take place in high school.
