Sokushi Cheat ga Saikyou sugite, Isekai no Yatsura ga Marude Aite ni Naranai n desu ga.

During a school trip, a bus full of students is suddenly transported to another world by a sage named Sion. She bestows most of the students with powers called Gifts, seeking to recruit them to become sages as well. However, a few are excluded from receiving a Gift, resulting in the others leaving them behind.

Yogiri Takatou, one of the students who did not receive a Gift, wakes up to find a dragon attacking the bus. Amidst the chaos, he executes the dragon using his innate ability to instantly put anything to death. Alongside fellow survivor Tomochika Dannoura, Takatou sets out to find a way back to Earth, all while eliminating anyone who dares to underestimate him—including his former classmates.

A standard Isekai but so much more it’s a parody of others whilst also remaining unique. Having an unlimited power of instant death is pretty cool. And being effectively the strongest person. Could get pretty boring but it wasn’t.

The show I had everything between fantasy isekai zombie apocalypse a trial and much more

This shows surprised me in a good way. I was expecting an average 12 episode series that was made and just getting through it. But no. It was better than that and I found myself looking forward to watching it.

Disappointing thing the last episode made it look like they were going back ... to the world that came from and then flips on it head and they don’t wave they have ended the show at a point where realistically we’re going to get a season 2 which is cool I wouldn’t mind

Overall, it’s just another isekai but one of the good ones as it’s different but also the same

Mixed Feelings

Quite an "unrevealed" title, although a certain basis for a much larger 6.65/10

In short - suffer at the beginning, get a little carried away in the middle and wish for more revelation in the end. However, the entire anime will be quite "unclear" regarding the relationships between the characters and the world. At certain moments it is bad, or strange - at others, it adds "reasons" for curiosity.

World(s)

The world "our" (modern) and "other" will never be revealed to the end. They will repeatedly make it clear that we only see the surface - albeit with certain patterns. This also applies to the "original" world, because ... it is not exactly like ours. But... We will not be lucky at all with getting explanations regarding the "details". At the same time, if we still put everything together - we will see quite a lot, because quite a lot of different "locations and people" will be crammed into these 12 episodes.

Secondary, but not NPCs - at first, except for the MC, you will not understand them, to put it mildly. The situation with "Failure Frame: I Became the Strongest and Annihilated Everything With Low-Level Spells" is repeated almost 1 in 1 - to which, personally, I have a lot of questions. No, especially for us now, the question of "humanity" has arisen quite "brightly" in recent years - regarding the concept of the species "human" in general. War in principle rejects the label "human", which they have tried to instill in us for quite a long time. But... Should everything be so one-sided as these two titles begin - regarding the characters and their relationship to others? How does a "different" world survive for so long, if the vast majority of the "strong" are beaten to death? Why, at the same time, many of the characters (taking into account such a world) - will lack a banal instinct of self-preservation, even on the example of others? Why are we only given some kind of "likeness" of people almost at the end? There are many questions about this, and whether the further journey will change everything is not yet clear, although there is some hope (taking into account the changes of some) for that.

"NPCs" - they simply exist. The moments when we get to some settlement - we simply forget that there is anyone else there. They are an absolute background. And this is specifically, for me, one of the biggest problems with the characters - because those in p1, at least, can be explained and thought out with some stretch.

As for the MC himself: at first he is a bit difficult to perceive, but over time you get used to it and in principle, they explain to us why he is exactly the way he is. But as for the one who is "always next to him"... The situation is much more complicated. And as I think - again, it is far from everything.

Plot and other things

On the one hand, the "central" plot is quite simple, a somewhat typical "journey with a goal". On the other hand... Around it, we will be thrown various events and twisted into much larger "opportunities" for development. But will it develop...

The anime surprisingly clearly uses certain clichés, "memories", somewhere even a sense of memes slips through (although not exactly). They do not hide it, it is a certain attempt to make fun of something from it, although not entirely successful. On the other hand - it is still a "reminder" of something, everyone may have their own - but at certain moments it is pleasant.

The power dynamics are messed up. The invincible protagonist is not alien in itself, but here there is no build-up. The villains come and go, and there is no difference in power among them because they are simply eliminated without whatsoever reason, making us feel the protagonist achieved nothing.

Moreover, he is not endearing; apart from his skill, there is no attribute he has other than being lazy and nonchalant. The world is fine, but what's the point if it collapses head over heels without the viewer ever knowing what's happening? Only the objective is slightly clear, and other than that, it's just haywire. Though credit ... where it is due the show can be a little funny at times and the sheer effort and tropes is slightly enjoyable
