- Both are similar anime, where the MC is someone who becomes an observer and slowly builds confidence.

- Both are set in a real-world high school (no supernatural elements) - Features two people who very obviously like each other but won’t outright say it (well, the male MC in Yumemiru does, but later regrets the decision). - Both are RomComs, although Kaguya is definitely heavier on the comedy aspect - Both have a series of misunderstandings (since the protagonists won’t confess their feelings) which lead to both awkward and funny situations.

these have similar plot structures and are equally as entertaining as each other.

These two shows somewhat grew on me on how to embrace tropes (Girlfriend Girlfriend) and breaking some tropes (The Dreaming Boy is a Realist). Don't see at the average rating being given by the users, you might be surprised at how much you'll enjoy these two

Let's keep this simple: Both series have de same flavor. How do I say it? Both have this narrative structure so as similar protagonists… and this "old school" flavor. What I want to say is: "If you like one, you might like the other!"

What I like is that both have main male characters that aren't your generic cry baby. Which is always refreshing. Also the vibe has something a little bit similar. Definitely liked both!

Similarities: Both have a logical main character who is comfortable being alone. Both possess good observational skills that they use to help people, and both try to stay out of lime light.

Comedy based on taking a tsundere at face value.
