Both second iterations of very similar "battle with toys" kids monster anime. Both have spirits that inhabit the toys. The main cast in each are very alike, thus giving both shows almost the same vibe. Bakugan is clearly and unapologetically heavily inspired by Beyblade.

Both very similar in premise and content. Both marketing toys based off their series, these objects are featured heavily in the anime and prominently used by the characters. They have a variety of creatures that correspond to these toys.

Both kids toy marketing anime. Both feature apparatuses that children battle each other and compete with. Both have themes and monsters associated with their respective apparatuses.

Both second seasons of kids monster battling anime. Both have monsters that speak in human language and converse with the human characters. Both have a similar aged cast of human characters. Both shows that tried to mimic the successes of other shows like Pokemon, Digimon & Beyblade.

Both monster battling kids anime with their respective monsters sent out to battle in objects such as the cards/bakugan. Both also have two prominent worlds.

Both niche kids monster battling anime with similar styles and premises. Both have wide variety of unique monster designs. Both take heavy inspiration from the same type of shows e.g. Pokemon, Beyblade etc. Both are targeting the same demographic and therefore would likely appeal to same people! If you enjoyed one I'm sure it will be the same for the other!

Both second seasons of popular monster battling (trapped in objects) kids anime. Both have creatures that seem intelligent within their respective devices. Both have a competitive scene and extremely talented main characters.

Cardfight!! Vanguard is obviously another Card game Anime. Shounen series, many episodes, whole bunch of characters, for a young audience, full of fights, Bonds between friends and their cards/monsters, the English dub sucks, with a cute cast of females, too! And as shounen it may be, it's fit for both females and males to watch. The Protagonists however have many differences, but CF!!V does have Kai Toshiki who's similar to Shun in a few ways and give off a slightly similar vibe, what one would call a "Kuudere". If you like this, you'll like the other, just like Bakugan, CF!!V also has a real life version of the card  read more

Bakugan was in essence a new generation rein-visioning of the original Beyblade series. Both feature a varied cast of kid heroes. Both have competitive battles that involve creatures sealed in objects , both series namesakes the Bakugan and Beyblade. Both have a wide range of monster designs. Both kids anime with similar tones and premise.

Beyblade in my opinion definitely paved the way for Bakugan. So many of the themes, characters, premise & overall tone of the show are nearing identical. I think it's fair to say without the success of beyblade, Bakugan wouldn't of existed. So having said that I believe it's likely that someone who enjoyed one would also find at least some enjoyment in the other.

I have no idea Why havent this recommendatin made. These are the most similare shows. They fight whit monsters and use cards to power up the monsters. Story and characters are different but in these kind if shows its no big deal.
