Both are based on the Art of Silent Hill. Very creepy and atmospheric.

Densuke 28, the director of Soccer tries to emulate video game movement with his works. Fukuro actually borrows animation and props from a videogame. For computer generated animation enthuaists, those two might be and interesting watch. Both of those anime are also curiously weird.
