Two comedies with a demon (who turned small but can shapeshift to a more adult size) drained of their powers living in a modern-day human realm, also encountering a hero too amidst everyday life activities. The main demons in both are played by Naomi Oozora but the main difference is that in Jahy, the demon is female, whereas Lv1 the demon is male plus the fact that majority of characters in Jahy are female but Lv1 is a bit more equal on that.

Both heroes get rough treatment. Both series have some romance elements. Both heroes get cared for by their allies. The woes of being a hero are shown in both too. They even have characters undergo some comical transformations, and tackle topics like streaming.

Two comedies with supernatural characters living in a modern Tokyo-like setting with some outlandish things there too relating to their backgrounds. The two MC's in both are the polar opposites of each other (Vampire Hunter x Vampire, Hero x Demon Lord) and go abouts their day to day living together. Though they are both comedies, the main difference would be that Kyuuketsuki sides more into just gag territory content whereas Lv1 has a thicker plot amidst its setting.

Both involves antics and shenanigans with a cast of zany characters all centered in the setting of their respective apartment.

Both of these anime: -made by Silver Link Studio. -fantasy/magic element blended with action and comedy. -features a middle aged protagonist. -cute mascot that was once a powerful entity. -government organization that wants to combat the disruptions and wants to recruit the MC. -stalkers. -young girl has "crush" on the middle-aged MC that will make you raise your eyebrows. Both anime overall has similar vibe. While Lv1 Maou is more laid-back, Sasaki is similar but has more serious undertones. If you like one you'll most likely enjoy the other.

Both are comedy anime that feature the "demon lord in human world" trope.

After losing to the hero, the powerful demon reappears in the modern world after a number of years but now they're powerless and they learn the complexities of mundane, everyday life. They're both comedy anime that doesn't take it self too seriously, featuring a lovable former demon lord.

Both are comedy anime featuring a hero who is struggling with everyday life even though they are powerful. They are both followed by an obsessed sidekick who previously lost to them.

The main "hero" in both anime are lazy, rude, and impolite. Despite being world saviors, both walk around in plain clothing and does nothing all day. The "villain" in both stories are plotting to take over the world but somehow they're polite and considerate characters who has the tendency to act like a "housewife." If you like Lv1 Maou to 1 Room Yuusha, you'll find Tentai Senshi Sunred to be super enjoyable with all of its parodies and gags. If you are a fan of Sunred, Lv1 Maou to 1 Room Yuusha is a modern version of similar story.
