Yosuga no Sora has pretty much same theme, except the arcs in Yosuga no Sora. both of them includes sister-love. but yosuga no sora is a bit more...explicit.

One of the few animes in the Mature Ecchi Incest genre.

Both feature a pair of sisters trying to seduce the main character.

Step-siblings, the girls' feeling are some toward to their brother.

Teenage girl(s) is currently living with a single, curious, teenage boy: Lewdness ensues. For some reason, the girls in both anime are thirsty beyond comprehension for dick, and the guy, as pure-hearted as he might be, occasionaly gives into their seduction. If all you really want is raunchy humor with hardcore-ecchi on the side, either of these anime will work for you.

Borderline Hentai is the theme of both of these series. However the stories in both are just good enough to keep you entertained while watching a few at a time unlike the pointless prospect of bingeing hentai. Both have a male MC that at first is against the sexual assault that onslaughts him but he slowly begins to accept it. Both each have 2 main girls that go after the MC while Kiss x Sis has a few more side characters as well. Both very much work as a substitute for hentai.

Chotto matte kudasai. Have I seen this before, because resemblances are everywhere?

Both are harem, ecchi, comedy, romance, and school. Both have clueless main characters, though To Love Ru is even more clueless. Both main characters think their sisters are attractive.

Both are similar, including both brother and step/sister love but Dekakute Ecchi ja Ore no Ane can be considered the upper level of Kiss X Sis.

Both have incest (if you're into that?), adorable characters, comedy, and they are just great all around. Note: Kirino from Oreimo is the worst piece of trash to be placed on this earth as a character and needs to die. Kuroneko from Oriemo is absolutely great though.

Both have almost identical stories, Both stories are about love between half-siblings,

Need another silly-but-fun harem style series to sate your hunger for more awkward ecchi-induced laughing fits? Of course you do, that's why you're on one of these anime's pages. Do you like cute, seemingly innocent girls? The same ones that end up in the most "hen" situations possible thanks to their sneaky scheming? Do you enjoy watching your wimpy harem protagonist MC being sexually harassed by said girls into submission while you laugh at his expense? The legendary Kiss x Sis has got you covered. Oh, and Kono Naka ni Hitori, Imouto ga Iru! ain't bad either (it also lives up to its title's name *hint*) -  read more

Both of these anime constantly put the characters and audience through the most uncomfortable situations possible, made even more disturbing by the fact that its all incest.

both romantic both stepsibling love both have nice art both make great question

Both anime have the brother and sister relationship. The difference between these two is that kiss x sis is more on ecchi and doing stuff with your sister while oreimo 2 is more on hanging out with your sister playing eroge games.

Comedy and fanservice based around brother-sister incest. OniAi takes a more harem-oriented approach while KissxSis focuses much more on the sisters. Both are based on the premise of the sister(s) lusting after the brother, with the brother resisting with varied success.

Both have two girls fighting for a boy. In school days, the boy want the girls, in kiss x sis, the boy didnt want they.

Same premise, boy with a sister complex although there are two sisters who both share an interest in their younger brother; they are unrelated by blood so they don't try and hide their affections. It's more of an ecchi comedy with tons of fan service and the sisters have the Loli effect going for them. Animation is good too ;)

twin sisters that fall in love with the same person

Well then ... so i heard you like twincest ? Then you don't want to miss either one. KissxSis has more perv and ecchi moments than Candy Boy. Also I must accentuate that in KissxSis the twin sisters are in love with their brother while Candy Boy is purely Shoujo Ai. But love polygon is present in both anime's, must say i quite enjoyed watching both series. (But still waiting for the final episode of KissxSis). Enjoy ;)

Both anime involve girls that are in love with the male main character.

Another perverted anime with sexual humorous situations.

Girls/Girl trying to seduce guy... Dissimilarities: Haiyore! Nyarko-san is less perverted than kiss x sis, Kiss x sis has the incest thing while Nyarko has sudden girl show up thing. Nyarko has Action as extra genre. Though if you're into like "all girls like one guy and try win him" thing (and a bunch of ecchi scenes) you'll like this one :P
