Kiss x Sis

Similarity: Both animes involves sisters with a brotherly complex with the male character. Both were classified as a harem genre. Both female characters (usually the sister) exhibits jealously when they see the male character (the brother) being with another girl. Both exhibits torrid kissing scenes. Though both were classified as ecchi, both anime has the potential to be more of a hentai than ecchi. Dissimilarity: One anime is a comedy, while the other is drama. The male character in "Yosuga no Sora" is actually related to the female cahracter, while the other one in "Kiss X Sis" the male character is not related to his sisters. In "Yosuga no Sora" the male character was able to bang other female characters (though, not fully shown), while in "Kiss X Sis" the male character nearly bangs one of his sister. Both anime have heavy incest and ecchi undertones. The main character in each seems to grab the attention of any and all females he meets and then proceeds to get placed in usually explicit situations with each of them. Neither will anime will appease any girls who watch it.

The storyline of Aki-Sora and Kiss x Sis is similar in the sense that it conveys the story of two siblings and how they fall in love with each other. Aki-Sora, on the other hand, has more nudity, and implicit sex scenes (even though they're obvious enough). The storyline, on the basis of the first episode, seems good. While Kiss x Sis follows a humorous pace, Aki-Sora is directed more towards romance and drama. 

Flesh is weak. Two animes with incestuous stories. The protagonists will be tempted to show his perverted side, despite what society says. We are also shown almost impossible relationships, and of course, without corresponding. Quite peculiar erotic scenes, where you will doub about "what is good or what is wrong". And you know the answer, right?

For me 1+2=Paradise is something like a predecessor of Kiss x Sis. Both animes are ecchi comedies in which the two sisters harass to the protagonist 

Same basic setting, a couple of (twin?) sisters competing for MC's love. 1+2 is significantly older and has more surrealism, action, and slapstick comedy elements. In the second half, there even is a 3rd woman trying to seduce MC. Kiss x Sis is set in the family home and school environment, with stronger focus on the three mains and less on an actual plot. It's more pervy (not necessarily explicit, no nipples are drawn), but those episodes are mainly found on the OVA. 

The animes are very alike involving step sisters trying to get with their step brothers. While encountering rivals for their brothers love along the way.

Simple, lighthearted, borderline-H ecchi in school setting. 

This anime have familiar scenes as Kiss x Sis. Main male characters are similar because they won't accept the love they have received. 

Both anime show the main characters getting into lewd situations on accidents. While one is focusing on a love triangle and the other comedic situations with several characters from episode to episode Kanokon is KissXsis's Brother in law. They both have lewd situations and funny moments that will make you laugh. 

Eerily similar setup
