Sports anime, duo that originally dislikes one another, main character is literally Kageyama, dramatic as hell, good vibes.

Both series feature badminton and are sports anime, Ryman's club aired one season earlier. So if you like sports anime and badminton you might want to check them out. Main difference is that Ryman's club features life of adult players who have to work as well within the company, while Love All Play features middle school / high school.

Are you a fan of badminton?! Have you been waiting for your favourite sports to have more anime series? Here is your next badminton series. Ryman's Club and Hanebado are focused on the game, but also on the mental health of the main characters. Hanebado has a colourful cast of characters that drive the story. Ryman's Club has a very realistic story so the characters are believable and relatable. Both are enjoyable series.

Lin/Banba and Mikoto/Tatsuru's relationship dynamic is EXTREMELY similiar. Older man and younger man, older man more care free and needs to gain younger mans trust, untrusting younger man who thinks the older man is annoying but trusts him after a while. Also although hakata tonkotsu ramens is not a sports anime overall, baseball is mentioned a lot and related to things throughout the show, so it could also be considered similiar with the sports.

They both offer a compelling snippet of adult life. Ryman's Club is apparently more positive, focusing on sport and friendship, while Uramichi Oniisan voices the struggle and the bleakness of adulthood in a much more direct way. That said, I do feel that Ryman's Club hits some of those aspect in a more implicit way, juxtaposing the passion and the purpose the characters find in badminton with the obligation of a corporate drone life.

The cast in both are mostly male adults, who starts to understand and learn about each other, at least that's why it looks like since Ryman's is really new, so time will tell, but at this point i can asure that everyone who likes one of the shows can enjoy the other Also the dynamics have a similar vibe

Haijima (2.43) and Shiratori (Ryman's Club) are exceptional players who are weighed down by sports accidents/scandals from their past. Running away from the aftermath, but not completely running away from the sports they love. Ryman's Club and 2.43 explore how these characters try to recover from their sports trauma.

These shows share some similarities such as - Both are Sports anime where characters are adults so you get something new rather than usual high school setup - MC has a bad past experience which makes him having difficulties working together with others - Players living together in the same house/dorm Ryman's club is a newer series so time will tell it's further quality yet if you are looking for series with similar themes this might be it.
