Apologies if my review seems a bit disorganized, as this is my first ever attempt at one, but I felt compelled to share my thoughts on this anime because it truly deserves attention.
If you've stumbled upon this anime's page, I urge you to stop reading and to go watch it now. It's an experience which I think is best observed blindly
I'm unsure as to why it has garnered a low rating. It could be attributed to its somewhat nonsensical plot, the dated yet, in my opinion, significant 3D animation, or perhaps other reasons unbeknownst to me.
Upon viewing, my initial impression was that it might have

been a holiday tax write off disguised as a creative endeavor. The plot seems erratic, with locations spanning various real and virtural places. Despite its peculiar nature however, I believe that there is some underlying substance that I won't delve into, as I believe it's best appreciated by watching it.
Personally, I found it captivating, evoking a sense of nostalgia reminiscent aesthetically of Namco's PS2 era games like R-Racing. Since watching it, it's lingered in my thoughts, prompting me to delve deeper into its origins and why it was made.
To my understanding, FeiFei was a somewhat prominent 3D idol in Japan during the 2000s, featured on magazine covers, briefly serving as Samsung Japan's mascot (predating Sam by around two decades), and inspiring numerous 3D modelers with her intricate design.
This animation feels akin to a technological showcase. It appears to serve as a platform to showcase FeiFei's 3D model, which for the time seemed to be notably detailed. Nevertheless, the animation itself is intriguing, offering a glimpse into what was achievable during that era.
I don't think we are allowed to include links in reviews, however I would encourage you too look up the wikipedia page and view the sources for more in depth detail. You can find it by searching the Japanese title: "サイバードール FeiFei" on Google. Most of these links are sadly dead due to the age and obscurity - however can be viewed with the wayback machine.
