Although Non Non Biyori is not a musical, it shares that wonderful feel-good wholesome vibe you get after watching an episode that Healer Girl also possesses. Both also are also slice-of-life, so you get that slower pace and cute moments that make you smile :D If you've finished one and are wanting more, then definitely check out the other.

The protagonists both have abilities beyond their own complete understanding making the struggle to be their best healing selves an intriguing one. Isekai Yakkyoku is definitely more of the Shounen genre than Healer Girl but the overall feeling and vibes from the protagonists are very similar
