Both are harems with a main character who is very invested in studying.

It's about an arranged marriage, while the guy has his eyes on someone else.

Both are romcoms with a center couple who tries to act like fake boyfriends and end up being real boyfriends for the eyes of their most approchable people and on the way we can see the love interests of the main character with other girls that aren´t their couple

Main characters living together (or next to each other) Spend tons of time together platonically One or more characters have a crush on someone else, and the other character tries to help them get together.

Children mixed up at birth due to error by hospital staff(while in sasurai no taiyou it is for revenge) Them kids grow up in different environments and the concept is interestingly used in sasurai no taiyou whereas in kakkou no iinazuke it is backstory for one of the love interests both are very different kind of shows but i wanted to recommend the drama of Sasurai no taiyou which is akin to that of ashita no joe in its animation and still is entertaining.

Each of these high school rom-coms feature teenagers forced to cohabitate with one another. The male character in each is the class nerd, in love with the pure and well-behaved angel, but forced to live with the gyaru school idol. Viewers will be required to suspend disbelief regarding the improbable events leading to teenagers living together with minimal supervision. But you will be rewarded with the kind of gag humor, fan service, and high school romance that you are expecting.

both stories share the same premise once the deal is set the couple is tossed to live in a house together... quite lucky event... ya of course they pretend not to like each other similar like ranma and akane... but they then the chummy over time

Both Main characters find love interest in multiple characters which have borderline incestual details, each of these characters have similar mentalities to their respective characters in the show, and overall the shows just share a really similar vibe with a lot of similar theming and genres.

Both series involve portraying a fake boyfriend/girlfriend couple to avoid being matched with people they don't want to be with.

* Two characters that are linked to early marriage * Life as a couple, so a romcom about the later stage of romance * Bits of comedy and bits of drama * A colorful artistic direction

Both are harems full of miscommunication in a high school setting

Partly interesting premise getting distracted with Harem elements unnecessarily in demand...of the creator(s).

Both anime build similar romantic tension between the main characters by following their new lives as they have to live in the same home and attend the same school
report Recommended by IAmDare
Both animes become an extreme harem situation where it's not clear who's gonna win.
