both have male mc from rich family that have been disowned more or less one thanks to a car wreck and the other a witches curse that cause them to just want to die both have girls one a maid the other an arranged wife that bring them out of the gloom both are light heart with dark undertone when dealing with male MC past and a light drama here and there to keep the story moving maiden fairytale is a historical show and the duke of death a medieval fantasy with some magic  

Romance series with a little bit of emotional parts and wholesome moments that are added within the mix which can feel quite reminiscent of each other. As for the story itself, the two series feature a male protagonist who's in a tough spot before meeting a girl who cares for him  

Romances where the male protagonist is disowned by his family for one reason or another and is sent to live my himself to wallow in his own despair and anguish. Luckily, a female protagonist is sent to provide the male with care; Ultimately, allowing the most unique, sensual, and beautiful kind of love to bloom between them.  

Concepts are pretty much identical, the son of an important family gets sent to a seperate mansion very far away, his family ignores his existence but sends a maid to take care of him and she saves him from depression. Both animes are so wholesome and give off the same vibes and I love the relationships they follow. If you loved one of those two romance stories then you'll love the other one as well. 

They both have a depressed shut-in MC who learns to love life again after meeting a girl who lives with him. They are romantic comedies focussing on one couple. They both came out in 2021. 

Very similar to shinigami bochan because the MC is very hopeless and hates everything. His family also hated him and dumped him. But only a girl who suddenly came to his place liked him and wanted to take care of him. And both are in the old timeline. The difference here is that there is no magic and the MC just lives alone on the mountain. 

In both animes, the main characters address themselves as living corpses and have a hard time living while encounter a girl who starts taking care of them and slowly they fall in love with each other. 

Due to some tragic past events , protagonists have been discarded from their family still they have cute wifus be their side . 

In both animes, there is a boy who is tired of his torturous life and wishes for his death until a girl comes to take care of him and he loves her too. 

- Both male MC being disowned by family, so they're forced to live in a secluded place. - Both are feeling down in life - They get their souls healed with the help of the female MC.  

MCs have to govern a mansion alone, after they lose or are abandoned by their parents, and they only have the help of a maid who often teases them.  

Both anime are about a maid and their master who they serve with love, anime is full of wholesome and funny moments, and romance is great. 

If U liked The Duke of The Death And His Maid then u should watch this. They almost same both live alone with their Maid One is casted aside and anothers parents died and now their maid takes care of them.  

Similarities: -Both have MC whom , cannot be touch or else, one dies. -Both have the same situation, where the MC still have assocites who were on his/her side. -Both have the same MC who would do anything to break out of their curses. Dissimilarities: -Genre, one was more like drama and slice of life, while to other one was more on action. -MC in one anime was able to break free of her curse, while the other one, we'll yet to see. -MC's associates, one has a maid to teases the MC for fun, while in the other anime the MC;s associates respect her as a lady.  

In both shows female MC loves and teases the male MC. 

Both are romantic stories where if someone touches the male lead, someone will die, though the person who dies if touched is different between the 2 stories.
