Both are incredibly relaxing slice of life CGDCT anime about girls fishing. Both shows feature a newbie befriending a fishing expert, and their daily lives spent fishing for a variety of types of fish. Very similar gentle shows, with a nice mix of SOL, comedy, and technical knowledge -- with some gourmet thrown into the mix as well. If you liked one then definitely check out the other, they're both really similar.

Both series focus on young women enjoying their respective outdoor activities and bonding closer as a result of them.

Manga Time Kirara adapted CGDCT anime's with a timid and experienced MC encountering a happy-go-lucky MC learning about said interests in their show's focuses. Aside from Koisuru Shouwakusei focusing on astrology (and geology) and Slow Loop focusing on fishing, the two also focus on the bonds between characters, especially with the two most main MC's. They have their fluffy wholesome moments as well as some serious ones regarding plot and for the purpose of strengthening character bonds but are rather educational as well to watch.

Animes like this have one thing in common and that is It's about some girls doing things like hiking, traveling, camping, fishing etc. Yama no Susume adapt also a similar story that is some girls going hiking or in other words climbing mountains. Both Slow Loop and Yama no Susume is relaxing to watch and we can also learn some stuff from watching them.

They are CGDCT with a focus on certain activities (fishing for slow loop & music for K-on). The main characters learned an appreciation for their hobby from their friends. they both share the same relaxing and wholesome environment and have amazing characters with funny dynamics that makes the shows whole and heartwarming.

Both are hobby-centered shows that contains both lighthearted and serious themes. Both main characters have a deceased parent who is passionate in the hobby in question; they navigate everyday life carrying that background with them as they form a support network in the process.

Both involve a main character moving to a new location (Nagomu back to his hometown, Koharu moving into to start a new life) Both delve into the themes of family a fair bit.

The main cast for both GochiUsa and Slow Loop is extremely similar. Koharu reminds me of Cocca: Both just recently moved into a new city/town. Both are extremely cheerful/happy-go-lucky. Both want to be the "Big Sister" for Hiyori/Chino. Hiyori reminds me of Chino: Both are quite quiet, shy, and reserved. Both have a rather unique hobby (Hiyori is Fishing while Chino is constructing a ship in a bottle) Both characters do not have both of their, biological parents, with them

Both shows are Iyashikei slice of life anime with high school girls as main characters. Each series is about recovery and healing from the death of a parent, blended or nontraditional families, and rebuilding family after a death. Each series has a mother who is absent from her family for long periods due to work, but is able to reconnect with their daughter and have healthy relationships. And of course, each series is about food and cooking and includes recipes in the original manga!

The anime environment take place in High School, at first the atmosphere feels lonely, gloomy and reflective but the characters connect thru their hobbies, then feels cheerful and hopeful.

The essential Kirara companion series to BTR. Both series have cameos in each other, and both mangaka are friends with each other.

Once again it's not only about cute girls doing cute things, but it's more about that. Both Slow Loop and Koufuku Graffiti have great foods those made by excellent cooks like Koharu (Slow Loop) and Ryou (Koufuku Graffiti). Not only that, the most important thing is both series describe about the family bonds (stepsisters in Slow Loop and cousins in Koufuku Graffiti), mainly the past of the main characters about losing their most significant others (Hiyori who lost her father, Koharu who lost her mother and little brother and Ryou who lost her grandmother). Anyway both series are great for you to heal yourself.

Both Slow Loop and Sansha Sanyou have main characters that lost their most significant others: Hiyori who lost her father, Koharu who lost her mother and her brother, and Youko who lost her mother and then her family fell into bankruptcy. Aside from cute girls doing cute things, both Slow Loop and Sansha Sanyou taught us to being a grateful person and accept our friends as they are.

Both are comedy slice of life shows with a main focus on fishing. Tsuritama is a bit wackier, but if you like fishing anime then you'll like both of these.
