Legit. If you like cgdct with the fun vibes around the girls and their club activities, at their local unique areas, you can visit this exact similar show.

School setting slice of life's focusing on high school girls in the hobbies of both shows, Yakunara being pottery and Houkago being board games. They feel similar in atmosphere and have their moments of seriousness where characters have to overcome some anxiety as they face issues. Although all of Yakunara's main cast are about the girls doing pottery, Houkago has 2 of the main characters striving to become a board games' developer whereas the other 2 normally just tag along and play. Aside from the anxieties that appear every now and then, both shows are generally a good time to be had.

They are both CGDCT, in both the MC's mother were impressive people and recognized for what they did, and both were influential to their town, and the MC's want to follow their steps. both animes also create a bond between the past and the present, sometimes going back to the time of their mother, creating very special moments

These are both comfy CGDCT set in the countryside about girls who continue to participate in hobbies introduced to them by their late parents. Tamayura is about photography and Let's Make A Mug Too is about pottery.

Both animes feature a friend group of cute school girls and bring you into a good, wholesome mood. Also they both deal with one girl having lost her mother in the past and now wandering in her path a bit and exploring for themselves what has been their mothers passion.

Both are hobby-centered shows that contains both lighthearted and serious themes. Both main characters have a deceased parent who is passionate in the hobby in question; they navigate everyday life carrying that background with them as they form a support network in the process.

Both series are CGDCT-styled looks at young women working to improve themselves in their chosen artistic crafts (manga for Comic Girls, ceramics for Mug Cup) and assisting each other along the way; both series also feature more introspective moments amongst its characters as they grapple with professional and personal challenges.

Both series focus on high schoolers focusing on honing their artistic crafts while struggling with previous legacies and creative hurdles along the way. Blue Period is within the realm of high school drama, while Mug Cup is more of a CGDCT style series with dramatic moments and storylines woven throughout.

The charming experiences of the cute and adorable young girls as they form a club to enjoy hobbies together.

Standard CGDCT action with a premise of a group of 4 young girls forming and developing friendship as they begin to understand one another. For me, they are similar due to the lively atmosphere and cheerful vibes both can deliver. On the other hand, the difference is that one is slightly dramatic and has supernatural concepts while the other is the opposite.
