Final Fantasy VII: Last Order

both have great action and animation styile that madhouse is known for. though it is arguable that there is more substance in last order than DMC....... 

Both prequels to popular Final Fantasy franchise titles. Both give the heroes and playable characters additional backstory. Fans of either game are likely to love seeing their favourite characters from the game in an anime adaptation. Both have beautiful art styles. 

both bloody with great action and animation style that madhouse is known for. yes, H:U is silly, but that shouldn't scare you off. 

both anime has very good CGI animation, Very epic Fight,, And Great Character Desaign,, if you search for action movie in CGi you should watch both,,  

Both are based on popular Square Enix JRPGS that focus on a amnesiac mc as well as high octane action and stylish animation and thrilling storylines.  

Both provide additional back story to mainline Final Fantasy games. Both expand on the story of the series' main villains Sephiroth & Ardyn. Fans of the games/series are very likely to enjoy both of these anime.

These are both specials that provide additional lore to main series Final Fantasy game franchises. Last Order serves as an animated adaptation of events we see in the game itself (FF7), expanded upon for further insight whereas Final Fantasy (OVA) acts as an animated sequel of sorts to the events of the game Final Fantasy 5. Fans of either game or these kinds of fantasy settings and story telling will get great enjoyment from both.
