Fuji TV's +Ultra late night programming block which broadcasts on Thursdays from 00:55 to 1:25.   Interested in the genre? Despite what people might say, mecha is a rich character focused genre with a variety of incredibly unique stories to tell. Here's a collection of shows with short, straight-to-the-point descriptions about each. Note that some of these were translated by fans, and aren't available officially/legally. A good amount of these are available on various streaming services, tho as for all well you might have to sail the high seas a bit. Disregard my personal scores, as its subjective at end of the day and you might like it. Also please don't dismiss some of these just because they're really old, they pretty much all hold up well even today. Check each out, and see what strikes your fancy. Any shows I personally haven't watch I got info on from fellow mecha friends of mine:     Anime adaptations of various visual novels. Their total number is clearly more than the allowable limit, so I tried to add mainly adaptations of novels by well-known brands (Key, 5pb, Aquaplus), or those with well-known adaptations. Given the many sequels, spin-offs, and versions (especially in the case of the Fate series), I added only very first anime in the franchise.   If you binge anything isekai, reincarnation or overpowered main character then use this as your check list - This list will contain everything(*) related to isekai, reincarnation and overpowered main characters(**)  Anime based on Visual Novels and Games   The Classical Generic Mecha When Done Right Lead To Such Amazing Shows.   Yes that series has a game/ is a game. As I collect anime games I want to help people find games for series they enjoy. No this is not related to mobile games, maybe I’ll do a stack for those in the future though🤔 These are tied to Console and PC systems, I won’t list specifics though but searching “[insert series] game” will help you find it. There will be multiple parts coming out!   To qualify for this stack, the following must be true   When the anime follows the path of the manga but takes a few detours along the way or decides to change the details and context.  A collection of anime that follows the theme of humanity vs. an existential threat. Whether its an alien invasion, a mutation of species, tech gone wild, or angry gods, humanity as a whole has their existence threatened and is forced to respond. Whether it be through giant robots, human rights violations, cute girls, or the actual power of friendship these stories portray a fun and often bitter battle to save civilization in whatever form can be maintained.   Anime adaptions that are based on Visual Novels, and the Visual Novels have been translated to English. Also Eroge, Bishoujo Game/Galge, Otome Game, Nakige/Nukige tag.
