Both are supposed to be a guide for dating and having sex. Also both contain some comedy and desperate main male character and innocent in some way female. Makoto (Futari Ecchi) trying to please his wife and add a little spice to his sex life. While Hayao (30-sai) is trying to get some "sex life".

Both are comedies about newlyweds. While Peeping Life is more comedy and has short episode, Futari Ecchi is more ecchi (or even borderline-H).

In both there's the problem of first sex experience. However, in Futari Ecchi it is just one of the problems mentioned, while Virgin Night is fully devoted to it. Both are quite realistic and deal with the psychological aspect of intimate relations. The difference is, Virgin Night is obviously a hentai, and Futari Ecchi isn't.

Both are pretty light-hearted and have a cute couple that have lots of sex. Kibun Kibun is a hentai, but it is severely censored, which basically brings it to the same level as Futari Ecchi.
