Yatogame-chan Kansatsu Nikki

explain the good things about the cities they live in 

The same short anime that has a guy and a tsundere girl, but with different setting theme, cu'z Ueno-san was set in a science club room , while in Yatogame has everything to do with the place Nagoya. 

Both involves a club where the guy finds himself in the company of seemly weird girls , where getting alone with them kinda puts the guy in an awkward situation. 

Both tiny shorts, both extremely cute and hilarious, both make me wish they were much longer due to their quality. 

3 minutes short TV anime with three girls and one boy as main characters, male leads in both shows have pretty similar personalities. 

Shows that show the love of their prefectures that contain school romance in (a lot more minimal in Yatogame-chan but it is slightly there) but with a mass show and tell of their places regarding what people are like within their areas and the local amenities too, both very educational in learning more about their places. Tho their premises are fairly similar and there being a male MC just getting to know the place for the first time and a female MC advertising the cities, the main difference is one is very short in the episode lengths compared to the other one. 

In both anime a guy from Tokyo moves to another city (Nagoya and Osaka) and experiences the differences between the cities. Both are short anime so don't take much of your time. Yatogame-chan has MUCH better art so is more recommended.
