Sunohara-sou no Kanrinin-san

Due to certain circumstances a young boy ends up living in an all-women household, leading to... well, you know the drill. Goddess Dormitory is just a more hardcore version of Sunohara. 

Both have a group of characters in a school dormitory and spring strange relationships 

Both shows play with the same idea, but one is harem with fanservice while the other is vanilla and more innocent. Oddly enough, in the more innocent show, the male lead is much more successful at pursuing relationship with the older girl. If you liked one, maybe you'll find something to like in the other one, though one of those shows is much better. 

Similarities: -Same sotacon kind of relationship where it involves older girl to younger boy. -Same very clinging Cougar who sexually harasses her tadpole. -Same comedy, romance and harem. -Same situation where tadpole is seemly can't make a decision of whether he'll get serious with a hot Cougar or just distance himself from her. -Same male tadpole character whom were voiced by a female seiyuu.  

Both of the young male characters rely on an older woman with their daily life.  

Both of these anime have very calming vibes, and often end up having very similar scenes. Anywhere from a haircut to ear cleaning to simply teaching someone how to better approach life, they're both about taking care of the main character. 

Both anime are based on a romantic comedy manga about shouta x onee-san pairing. Similar ecchi fanservice and sexual fantasies about more mature girls. The main difference is that Vermeil is set in a magical school and has an action element, while Sunohara is a typical SoL harem. 

If you liked Miss Caretaker of Sunohara-sou, then you'd like Do You Love Your Mom and Her Two-Hit Multi-Target Attacks? because both anime are uncomfortably perverted. They both feature incredibly voluptuous main characters who do sexualized activities to the main male characters. In one anime the male MC is a feminie middle school aged student, while in the other he is the son of the female MC. Either way, both are distasteful regardless of the "harmless" and innocent nature of the female MC's. 

in both of anime there is person who take care of one or more child or high school person and both of them have cute character and somemhow this is comdey anime . 

Both feature an expressive middle school protagonist getting lots of affection from an older girl. They each have a very wholesome vibe, and have plenty of comedy. They also both have cute art styles. 

Both anime are about a young boy meeting a busty delicious milf. Both stories seem to be about the romance between the boy and the milf. However, please be warned that Boku to Misaki-sensei is a hentai while Sunohara-sou no Kanrinin-san is not. 

Very similar in the fact the anime mc is a male with female face going through hell and high water by the various female characters. Very funny to watch and every episode is with a twist. I wouldn't call it a harem type anime but it has that feel.  

The same reverse lolicon kind of relationship involving older girl with younger boy. Older girls has the balls while younger guy has to rely on that older girl. 

shota-kun relationship with lucoa (older dragon lady with huge boobs) is almost exactly the same, even lucoa looks just like ayaka-san. both are light-hearted, cute, and soothing comedies that are a little racy, ecchi.
