Goddess Dormitory is just a more hardcore version of Sunohara.
Both revolve around a middle school age boy who goes to live in a house where all the other residents are older girls.
The onee-shota paradise shows. This show is way more on the nose with the ecchi but damn do they deliver.

In both cases the action is in a hostel and in both the protagonist have some ecchi and some little harem.
Both of these animes portray a similar life of a middle-school boy living alone among some elder girls. A shota harem kind of anime with a lot of "plot".

Basically the same show.
They're both slice-of-life comedies about a shota young boy who gets to live in a dorm house full of older sister-type women (you know, the kind who would say "ara ara") and often ends up involved in absurd and slightly lewd situations.
Sunohara-sou is a bit less explicit, but tbh they're both relatively tame and more about the comedy than the ecchi content anyway
