These are both set around a restaurant and are largely focused on character drama and the daily life at said restaurant. They are slow paced, relaxing, and set a similarly warm mood. Most characters are male in both.

This is the same thing. The difference is that the isekai every episode it was divided in two. Each segement, a different world, different person (with some problem) and each one order some kind of food. Here we've got the same thing. Different people entering and talking about their problems as they eat different food. One deals usually Isekai dealt with main course while this one deals with cafe, cookies, ice cream and such.

Both series revolve around restaurants serving traditional Japanese food. Peaceful slice of life pacing, with a pleasant glance into many of the customers' lives and feelings.

Both: - are a Slice-of-life - Have a male shop owner - Customers tell their story and they are helped with their problem - Same slow paced, relaxing, feel-good vibe - Shop owners are a pro in their industry, have deep knowledge of their products

Both are heartwarming slice-of-life shows with a beautiful male cast. They both have an episodic format in which the main characters help someone with their problems. Both have lighthearted and touching atmospheres. The settings for both shows differ a bit. Fukigen na Mononokean has a more fantasy/sci-fi setting because it centers around helping yokai with their problems, while Rokuhoudou Yotsuiro Biyori is set in a cafe where the staff helps people with their problems. If you enjoy one, you'll probably enjoy the other.

Both deal with people doing things in a traditional Japanese style, but mix in modern elements. The animation in both is bold and colourful, with music to match. In both series there are minor struggles, but the series are overall positive in tone.

Food wars all about food but in an extreme way whereas Rokuhoudou is more relaxing with food

Both series have cute and somewhat awkward and funny situations with handsome guys. In addition, the atmosphere of the two anime series is light and very comfortable. Not having a love relationship between a man and a woman is also a plus point. The most obvious difference is that Rokuhoudou leans more towards the culinary side, while the Cool doji danshi is more about each of their daily lives.

Noticeable similarity: 4 Ikemen guys involved in a cafe/restaurant + a pet Whilst AmeIro S1 focuses on internal misunderstandings, Rokuhoudou on the other hand is more on building rapport with the customers and assisting them as needed Both have light and relaxing feel to it, and I understand that AmeIro is a short skit, but if you're looking for a story-rich one then Rokuhoudou is a must try

While the stories themselves are quite different, there's something calming that these two shows share. Something about the mood that just feels similar. Whether you are looking for a relaxing cafe or a fascinating quest to do a seemingly simple task, both of these are good picks if you want something that will keep you smiling.

Both feature a cafe . the plot is different but they give similar vibes The main character runs a cafe . both of the series shows inside a cafe and both the MCs have a cat

There's something about these shows that remind me of the other. Maybe it's the atmosphere, the setting, the character dynamics. Both are quite cozy and enjoyable. While the stories themselves are fairly different, they are both good slice of life anime to relax to.

Main guys solve clients problems instead of giving regular service. One of mains has mysterious (= dark and sad) past.

Both are about homely cafes with welcoming atmosphere. Their main characters also care about their guests on a deeper level than just their money. They also tend to put more effort into making quality food.

Both the series are set in a restaurant/cafe and revolve around the characters working there. You get to see the characters cook, mess up & learn, deal with troublesome customers and work together. Working!! is more comedic and has romantic elements, whereas Rokuhoudou is pure slice of life and tells the story of many different side-characters along the way.

Both anime belong to the slice of life healing category. Just watching the incredibly low stakes enjoyment of food of both these anime will calm and soothe you.

Even though Kakuriyo has much more drama and romance, Rokuhoudou also fills that gap in your heart where you want to look at beautiful food.

Both series have 4 bishounen characters running a cafe together, working through the hard times and coming up with new tasty creations along the way. Antique is a bit more dramatic, whereas Rokuhoudou has a slice of life feel, but the cafe setting is equally important in both, and both of the series are character-driven series as well.

These are two series that can be quite relaxing and quite funny. They feature a cast of girls in a music club and men working at a cafe, but the group dynamics in both are believable and enjoyable. Characters bounce off each others differences very well. They are both somewhat episodic with similar themes of self-discovery and friendship running throughout.

Both are about small shops and sweets, with a relaxing pace and healing storylines.

These are two workplace anime, one about a tourism board and one about a restaurant. They give off similar moods and are largely focused on the daily life working at these places, though Sakura Quest has a more linear and streamlined story. Both are very cozy.
