Shiyan Pin Jiating

Both deal with families having to overcome hard childhoods together.

Both are about the daily lives of mythical creatures/hybrid humans and their struggles in trying to live a normal live in the human society. Fei Ren Zai is more comical and light-hearted while Shiyan Pin Jiating has bittersweet even dark moments. Both are heart-warming. Fei Ren Zai focuses more on the relationship among friends and colleagues while Shiyan Pin Jiating among family members. 

Both center around the relationship between siblings. While Shiyan Pin Jiating has a sci-fi premise, both depict sibling relationship in a realistic manner. Both are cute and heart-warming. 

Both series feature families of non-humans living among humans and hiding their secret. In Super Secret, they are a family of supernatural beings that include a werewolf, a witch, and a kitsune, while in Shiyan Pin Jiating, they are a group of human experiments turned into hybrids who are living together as a family and include a dog boy, a spider girl, and a plant girl. Both series focus on their respective canine boys a lot. Both are based on non-Japanese webcomics and have episode runtimes that are less than typical TV anime. 

Half humans trying to live normally that are brought together by one person who cares for their well-being. The main theme in Demi-chan wa Kataritai is friendship while the main theme in Shiyan Pin Jiating is family. Both are cute and heart-warming shows.
