Black Out 2022, and "The Second Renaissance" part of The Animatrix, are about the struggle of synthetic people against oppression. Scenes in both show violent human mobs attacking and destroying synthetics in the streets, with particular attention given to a synthetic girl apparently created to be used for sex. The synthetics then rise up against humanity.

Both were directed by Shinichiro Watanabe. Terrorists (Rogue Replicants and Sphinx) fighting for a cost, of their freedom and open the people's eyes. Both Blade Runner: Black Out 2022 and Zankyou no Terror had a similar climax and good animation.

both are cyberpunk themed anime with phiolosophical stuff in it especially ones rebelling against a certain power that be in respective stories and also nice art and visuals.

Both have similar cyberpunk setting and great action scenes.

Both are co-productions between Japanese studios and western companies, meant to fit as parts of popular western media franchises. They feature mostly realistic artstyle (excluding parts of Batman animated from Studio 4°C) and high-quality, natural-looking animation.

Thoughtful cyberpunk about humans and sentient machines created to serve them, with similar art styles that are a mix of 2D and cel-shaded CG.

Both are based on popular neo noir cyberpunk franchises and both share a complex complicated stories of many twists and turns with a detective mc.

Sin seems like one of those pieces of entertainment media inspired by the world and aesthetic of Blade Runner. There's quite a high degree of similarity between a "blade runner", aka a cop who hunts down bioengineered humans called replicants, and John Blade, a cop who hunts down humans bioengineered into monsters, both in neon-lit, corporate-controlled, cyberpunk metropolises. Both anime are action-packed and have similar vibes, so it's worth checking them out if you're a fan of this kind of style.
