Cuteness. Really. That's all there is to it, just cgdct. One has humans that happen to really love their onii-chan, the other has nekomimi that happens to really love their master.

I can't really touch on anything else, but the lucidity of the two should draw you in if you are a fan of the genre. They may not bring a lot, but one has nekomimi to love and the other is a fun short.

Maids. That's all, but they are fun maids, in fact, so fun, that there is an entire life in which you can see them do stuff, ranging from outdoor activities to random outside competition and what have you.

I'd recommend both as something if you want an easy relaxing anime with a little bit of maid business on the side.

From the first Episode it just gave me a Danchigai vibe so imma recommend this. 
-Both are short
-Both are kinda incesty
-Both have girls as main characters
-Both are cute

Maids, and a really attractive guy. For some reason, both of these anime contain someone who has the ability to attract females in his radius for reasons I do not know of, neither are they specified.

Alice or Alice has onii-chan to care about, who indeed cares for all around him. Maid-sama has Usui who is only out for one girl but has a following regardless.

They're both just there for fun, though I'd look to Maid-sama for an actually pretty good story compared to a cute fun time-efficient AorA.
