Ryuusei no Rockman Tribe

Yusaku and Subaru suffer depression and angst at one point encounter a cybernetic being whose homeworld was under attack aids them to become victorious in one battle to another. Wave Change and Into the Vrains have an identical concept where the character undergoes a transformation with the abilities of their partners to absorb anything in front of them. Later they ally with the female whose tragic past involved a family incident and are pop idols beloved by the masses. Then later a strong and brute rival comes in to challenge them at one point becomes corrupted to the point that they would knock sense out of them. A rival comes in with a silver hair who wants to follow their relatives will and are the polar opposites of the mc with powerful powers. For the most part I do see resemblance though Yugioh Vrains also takes cues from RNM3 regarding the powerful system that allows them to access a card from a mysterious server to a whole new level. Even the unreleased RNM4 has resemblance to the plot of Vrains where the mc goes rogue and forms a partner close to them having the same hacking skills to wage war against evil. VRAINS is arguably Ryuusei No Rockman anime adaptation done right being dark and realistic as opposed to Capcom's milking out of Ryuusei No Rockman anime adaptation for their advertisement. read more 

Both shows have spiritual elements and similar names-Hollow, Orihime. Not to mention the way Rockman undergoes Thunder Berserker is similar to Ichigo going into Bankai. Also both shows have monsters except Bleach is supernatural and Rockman is digital. 

Well Rockman .EXE is basically the predecessor of Ryuusei no Rockman and the battle sytem is totally the same and in the video games they do have the same graphics.
