Synopsis

Following the successful end of the Fourth Shinobi World War, Konohagakure has been enjoying a period of peace, prosperity, and extraordinary technological advancement. This is all due to the efforts of the Allied Shinobi Forces and the village's Seventh Hokage, Naruto Uzumaki. Now resembling a modern metropolis, Konohagakure has changed, particularly the life of a shinobi. Under the watchful eye of Naruto and his old comrades, a new generation of shinobi has stepped up to learn the ways of the ninja.

Boruto Uzumaki is often the center of attention as the son of the Seventh Hokage. Despite having inherited Naruto's boisterous and stubborn demeanor, Boruto is considered a prodigy and is able to unleash his potential with the help of supportive friends and family. Unfortunately, this has only worsened his arrogance and his desire to surpass Naruto which, along with his father's busy lifestyle, has strained their relationship. However, a sinister force brewing within the village may threaten Boruto's carefree life.

New friends and familiar faces join Boruto as a new story begins.

8.5/10...THAT ENDING SLAPS
I watched this without having watched Naruto or Naruto shippuden and I am glad because I knew that watching it after would just have made me compare the two side by side, and without Naruto's influence this anime is a solid 8.5/10...Boruto is such a raw character, nothing like his father but at the same time so much like him? I loved the fact that he was not written just to please the audience and was made into something unique!
I can see why people aren't very enthusiastic about it...Naruto for them is peak as well as nostalgia BUT as I said watching ...

Mixed Feelings
Do you think Naruto is a complete character(whose story is complete)?
If you only consider until the point when he became Hokage, then Yes.

But that's not true. He became Hokage at the age around 30. It means more than Half of his life is still remaining(Considering 70-80 to be Average life time).
In Boruto, He Became Hokage then we see him being tired and exhausted all the time. If someone like Naruto who have Insane amount of Chakra get exhausted with Hokage's work then I wonder how previous Hokages managed to do it so. We also don't see him making Shadow Clones to do Paper Work, ...

After finishing Naruto, I decided to give Boruto a shot. I’d heard a lot of people call it terrible, but I figured, for the sake of Naruto, I’d give it a chance. Big mistake. I regret that decision for the rest of my life.

Let’s get one thing straight: Boruto is not like Naruto. While Naruto had a lot of filler, at least some of it was fun or added something to the characters. Boruto’s anime, on the other hand, is just... bad. The fact that nearly 0% of it is considered filler makes it even worse because you’re stuck watching canon episodes that feel pointless ...
