Very similiar animation style and plots. I love both and would rewatch either at any time. Wish I could find the 13 ep tv series of Wild 7.

Both fun cop anime with over-the-top violence and gore.

Based on mangas by the same author, both jave manly main characters, tons of boob shoots and female nudity and are good examples of the ultraviolent 80-90s OVAs.

Has Kazuo Koike as the creator of both mangas. He made Hanappe Bazooka with Go Nagai as the artist before creating Mad Bull. Mad Bull has the same kind of humor, violence and sexuality.

I want you to imagine what it would be like if someone wrote a cop drama only knowing New York through action films and edgy direct to video movies of the 70's-80's. If you came to tank police looking for "so bad it's good" than look no further than madbull 34. For your first viewing experience I would highly recommend the english dub and maybe a few drinks with friends. Full disclosure this did not age well whatsoever, there's nudity, violence, stereotypes, it's a huge mess.

Both are extremely gory, except Mad Bull 34 is more gorier and only has 4 episodes (3 hour long series).

Gun action animes with violence, gore and a bit of sex in the mix. Memorable characters and story about making justice/revenge with own hands.

Both have cops, obviously. While Inferno Cop was made as intentionally over the top and crazy, Mad Bull actually tries to take itself seriously. Imagine a show written by Japanese who have only ever experienced New York through American cop dramas. Look forward to power suits, sex, and the infamous grenade crotch. Watch the dub for the full experience, as British VAs don their best "New Yoik" accents. One of the best bad anime ever made. Inferno cop should be experienced by everyone, regardless of whether or not Mad Bull made you laugh your ass off. If you haven't done it yet, watch it!

Both anime are old school OVAs from the same time period (late 1980's-early 1990's). Both anime are set in the United States. They are both very cheesy and over the top with a bad ass main character. However Riding Bean has way less violence, gore, and nudity compare to Mad Bull 34. If you like one, you should like the other.

Both Duke Togo and John "Sleepy, Mad Bull" Estes are very big, muscular and are popular with the ladies. They are both not afraid of anything and will get the job done. Both anime are very similar in tone and content. These two old school anime titles are action-packed anime with violence, blood, gore, sex and gratuitous nudity. However Mad Bull 34 is more over the top and can be silly at times while Golgo 13: The Professional has a more serious driven plot. If you like one, you should enjoy the other.

Sleepy from Mad Bull 34 and Loid, Yor from Spy x Family are scarier than your regular cops/spies and are perfectly delighted with killing with 1 member on their team that are spooked by them, Rookie cop Daizaburo and adopted child Anya. You will receive both EXPLOSIVE action racing against the clock countdown fashion, dirty tactics from criminals, and hostage situations.

Both are hardcore police anime, where violence, gore, and nudity are shown as bloody hell!!! These anime are only for the older audience with titanium stomaches and anime veterans!
