Omoi no Kakera

They both deal with the aftermath of an earthquake. Tokyo Magnitude is about a brother and sister immediately an earthquake hits while Omoi no Kakera is five years after one. Both are really good. 

Both are heartwarming stories about a young girl following her dreams while dealing with the loss of a parent at an early age. Even through their tragic loss, their fond memories of their late parents, and their kindness toward those around them bring joyful tears to the audience's eyes. 

Nice half hour films about the themes of reconnecting to the childhood memories of your home town that is undergoing the inevitable change of time as well as the importance to keep believing in your passion.
