They both deal with the aftermath of an earthquake. Tokyo Magnitude is about a brother and sister immediately an earthquake hits while Omoi no Kakera is five years after one. Both are really good.

Tokyo Magnitude is about dealing with an earthquake as it happens. Omoi no Kakera is about coming into terms with the emotional damage that an earthquake made.
