Zettai Seigi Love Pheromone and Ore, Twintail ni Narimasu are both magical-girl style shows that have more sci-fi/mecha inspiration than fantasy inspiration. The anime and characters are pretty goofy, and they both have a certain amount of fanservice. 

Both shows are about Japanese Style comedians. but Joshiraku has actually funny jokes in the stage comedy bits. however this one is more slice of life and has no magic in it 

Both shows involve magic and have the "evil-doers" being nicer than the ones who are supposed to being doing good. 

Soreyuke! Gedou Otometai and Little Witch Academia are both about a group of witches that are learning how to use magic. The characters in Little Witch Academia are studying at an academy and the characters in Gedou Otometai are sisters 

Symphogear and Zettai Seigi Love Pheromone are both magical girl style shows with more inspiration from sci-fi/mecha than fantasy. The characters in Symphogear are idols and use singing to give them power, while the characters in Love Pheromone want to be famous comedians 

Both anime are parodic comedies of super sentai, in feminine version. In both cases, the heroines have a dubious morality and do more damage than the organization of the evil. In AGHR, it is more marked with one of the "heroines" completely rotten, and the "bad girls" who do not manage to do evil. 

Soreyuke! Gedou Otometai and Tweeny Witches are both about a team of witches who try to use magic to attain certain goals 

Excel Saga has 2 female protagonist, evil organizations, good vs. evil theme, and THE BIGGEST similarity would be that BOTH HAS A LOT OF RANDOM PARODIES!
