Just shorts that don't mean much at the end of the day, but have their quirks to make them their own.

Both short animations that don’t make much sense

What makes 001 and Pop team Epic similar is that they just seem like the silliest (not in a bad way) thing someone can make, like, there is no logic to it, it just is, it is all for the memes. 001 is just a short whilst PPTP is a TV anime.

You have the setting. And you commit the deed. A strange one, at that. 001 and Chicken Papa take this seemingly simple scenario, and, well, just turn it on its head in a simple, yet absurd fashion. Nonsensical short comedies that are quite surreal compared to other comedy out there.

Nonsense at its finest. Surreal behaviour is quite literally everything they are made out of. Not something you should take with a serious tone as the point of the Inferno Cop and 001 are anything but that.

Sometimes when random people die for no good reason, it is funny. You will leave 001 and Love Bites agreeing with the very same thing.

Zero sense. Things happen with no explanation. Do they need an explanation? Of course not, so here are two illogical surreal nonsense of anime you can try get a laugh out of.
