A girl adopts a cat. Both anime are short masterpieces.

Pet relationships. Egao and Someone's Gaze follow a young lady who has had a loving relationship with an animal. Egao being a hamster, Someone's Gaze using a family cat. Though Egao is a music video, and Someone's Gaze is a mini-movie. Both are good short anime, made by the same director Makoto Shinkai.

Coping. Shelter and Egao both feature a female who copes with what they have lost with the things around them, whilst it isn't human to human interaction it is still dear to them bringing forward quite a wholesome experience for them to remember for the ages. Both are great MVs that are very time efficient and pleasing to stare at if nothing else.

If there had to be something that fits the best music video anime has made, these two titles would certainly be contenders. Such elaborate, expansive, embellished quality art that gives of a simple, yet enduring engagement of what seems to be nothing short of eloquent euphoria. The presentation is truly embraceable as if were the ecstasy of eternal rest. Music videos, of course, do have not much to go with them, but I can assure you, these titles fall under such that you simply cannot go wrong with them.

Love. A very powerful thing. It comes in different shapes and sizes, and today's shape is a wholesome kind of love, sized to simplicity. Egao and Kaze Michi are both good music videos simply just having their expression of love. From what as, to what is, a saying of one's life, is still an interesting one when formatted like such. If nothing else, know that these are "Minna no Uta" songs with big names behind them.
