They both are informative comedies explaining mental illnesses that commonly plague us anime watching cretins. Everything from social anxiety to getting boners. Anime de Wakaru Shinryounaika is the more informative of the two but the comedy falls completely flat, luckily the episodes are only 5 minutes long. Kuuchuu Buranko is the more comedic of the two with it's bizarre imagery that incorporates live-action several times within the episodes, which I find to be quite off-putting. In any case, the two shows are noticeably similar and if you like one then you will probably like the other.

I recommend Comical Psychosomatic Medicine (Anime de Wakaru Shinryounaika) to anyone watching Please tell me! GALKO-chan (Oshiete! Galko-chan). If you enjoy episodes short in length, discussing topics with a comedic twist, these shows are something you could appreciate. Though discussing different topics, both shows have an amusing yet somewhat informative qualities to entertain viewers in a short amount of time.

Both anime include dirty jokes (made by female characters) and a male straight-man character to tsukkomi every time. They are both pretty funny in their own way.

Both are hilarious anime that feature dirty jokes and include really funny/interesting characters. Both are episodic with not much of a plot progression. Both series are also perfect for people who love "boke and tsukkomi" type comedy.

Both anime teach you the biology of your own body in a comedic way. 30-sai no Hoken Taiiku only makes XXX jokes while Anime de Wakaru Shinryounaika is more general; though it makes plenty XXXually oriented jokes as well. Both are only medium/short in length so I can really recommend them if you are in the mood for a quick laugh

Short formats, get very meta about anime and the weeb fanbase in general. Great sense of humor from both of them, with lots of weeb inside-jokes.

ONA series that use cast of scientists to explain various terms and phenomenons in engaging and funny way.

Both are short comedy shows that present human health condition using scientific language. While Anime de Wakaru Shinryounaika deals with mental issues, Ippatsu Kikimusume puts the main protagonist in all sorts of circumstances that lead to bodily injuries which serve as excuse to explain all sorts of anatomic details.

While the Monmusu ONA covers the daily lives of the girls, the latter ONA gives general info on mental/physical/emotional disorders. Both are just ONAs, a few minutes long ea, and give light material for a casual watch.
