Slice of life child anime of the 70's about little honeybees.

Clover and Maya The Bee both act very similar such as being curious about the world around them and both have a theme about friendship and helping others. Like Happy Happy Clover, Maya The Bee also deals with a similar topic about how most animals are scared or humans and find them means but both characters try to convince the animals that not all of them are bad. If your a fan of animals, wildlife or even an anime with a "Slice Of Life" setting then you will enjoy this anime.

Both of these anime are about the lives a bees, bees that are portayed to the viewer as anthropomorhical but are in fact actual bees. Maya the Bee is more light-hearted while Hutch has more drama.
