Sora no Method is basically the same as AnoHana, except SnM being a bit more childish and not having any romance in it, the plot and character setup is pretty much the same though.

It's pretty similar to each other (especially the art) but there are some differences: -Protagonist is a girl, surrounded by a light blue-haired loli, three other girls, and one boy, while in Glasslip, the protagonist is also a girl but with three guys and two other girls. -There is more romance in Glasslip than in Sora no Method. -Glasslip is more supernatural, while Sora no Method is more sci-fi (maybe it's because of the saucer) -Both are cringeworthy, love-to-hate dramatic anime, but Glasslip is even worse when it comes to the plot.

Both are slice of life comedy shows about a group of friends (boys in one, girls in the other) in a small town by the waterside. Both have a friendly alien in the group. Tsuritama is more comedic and is also about fishing, whereas Sora no Method is just about girls being cute.

-Centers around a group of middle school girls -A kawaii E.T. comes to earth and helps bring the girls closer to each other -Observatory is a key location -Memory loss is a major theme -Timeline shift/time travel SnM is alot more overdramatic, while HnP has a more Mahou Shoujo feeling

Both are anime about friends and making friends. Also both have many scenes that can make people move

In both anime someone disappears due to a certain reason and the world resets and only 1 person remembers the individual who disappeared but to everyone else the memories of that person don't exist anymore.

A girl is suddenly thrown out of Tokyo into a low populated town, where she meets very good friends which she sticks with.

"Sora no Method" / "Celestial Method" and "Passage of Time: Tokyo Station" involve the main character seeking out and reliving the memories of an endearing past that they don't want to forget. Also, the middle school building from television series "Sora no Method" / "Celestial Method" shares a design with the real-life Tokyo Station depicted in the animated short "Passage of Time: Tokyo Station".

Though Denpa Onna takes on a more serious & slightly different approach even with it's similar aspects, also containing comedic and romantic scenes whereas Sora no Method is mainly Slice of Life based. They both contain many main similar themes and are both fun loving and often cheerful. Both contain; - Blue-haired female protagonist's who claim to be aliens - Struggle with making friendship's - A character with a forgotten past - Main character's who've recently moved to back to a town that they've lived in the past a long time ago - Mystery involving uncovering the past or truth & figuring out how to change for a better future

Sora no Method really reminded me of Ano Natsu de Matteru, especially with the ending which gave me a total nostalgy vibe! Both also have vaglie similar storylines of an alien/something not from earth joining a group of people/friends and living their daily life until the end where she then leaves/disappears. They also have somewhat similar art styles so I'm sure if you liked Ano Natsu de Matteru you'll also like Sora no Method and visa versa.

Somehow reminds me of sora no method , the art is the same .... characters are kinda similar and the main characters are a group of 5 in both anime. They both had the same atmosphere. A sense if friendship can be felt from both anime. So I highly recommend this

"Celestial Method" / "Sora no Method" and "Rolling☆Girls" are both slice-of-life shows with a large female cast as well as a supernatural spin on things. The two shows often go into serious backstories and showcase characters in emotional events.
