Both ONA's have a cyber-punk setting, and both mainly take place in a café...

Both have the weird "the heck just happened?" feeling.

Made by the same studio, If u liked this u will probable like Mizu no Kotoba, has the same mysterious feeling of wanting to know what is happening.

A short animation done by Studio Rikka and also set in a cafe. Despite having different stories it's overall elements make it a nice short and interesting look into the early beginnings of what would then be refined into Time of Eve.

The animation in this is more on the loose side and the plot is more light hearted, but they both have a similar atmosphere. It's a short one shot that takes place in a bar where the main character learns something in the end.

Both short films have a slightly strange but high-quality anime style and sudden, speedy camera movement. They're both extremely odd, use surrealism, and leave you trying to comprehend all the meanings involved.

short shows (9min for Mizu no Kotoba and 5min for She and her Cat) both are psychological and discussing a weird ideas

They are both a short film. Even shorter than the average OVA. And most important; they are both fascinating!
