The same situation where it involves a manga artist and his assistant, except in one anime it is the guy who is going after the girls while in the other anime it is the girl who is going after the guy.

Both are short episodes with good laughs. If you like one you will like the other.

Both are comedy harems with cliche set of plot and archetypes, character interactions usually leads to off-color humor. They're also both in skit while SYD uses is more focus on slapstick, MTATTA uses a variety of meta-humor and comedic analogies. The manzai roles are also reversed between the series.

both have manga/doujinshi/ero game theme.while mangaka san focuses on comedy and echhi. saekano focuses a bit more on charachter development and little drama.that being said the comedy in saekano is pretty nice too.i personally hate "sticky ,cliche"drama however in saekano the drama is interesting ,smooth and not not too long. the main point which appealed to me of both is that the harem elements are showed very well in both

Both MCs are mangaka (manga artists), although Mangaka-san to Assistant-san is more on the comedy side, and it doesn't really have an actual story unlike Bakuman.

Both involves MC who are into manga. Both also involves an MC who has a rather peculiar attitude. Both have a short duration time. Dissimilarities: One was more of a shojo type while the other was more on ecchi. One anime was more of a gag type of comedy, while the other one was more of an ecchi type of comedy.

Both series have weird characters, betting their life on manga. Though one is a perverted serialized mangaka, while the other is a naive girl that just started into the doujin world.

Both of the main characters have the same voice actor. If you are interested in harems and about creating manga or both combined, then this anime is one of the best depictions of that genre. If you also like weird main characters, then you're in luck. Both of these have that.

Both shows are comedies with a large focus on underwear. One character in each show is obsessed with underwear and it is also significant to the plot.

Well School Rumble and Mangaka - San to Assistant - San both are Hilarious Comedy Anime. Both Anime involves around a Protagonist who is a Manga Artist. Similar type of Humor and Situations with a lots of MISUNDERSTANDINGS which will make you Laugh. Give it a Try and You will Definitely Enjoy one if you liked the other!!

- Both has main character with strange obsession (in Mangaka-san MC is obsessed with panties, in Imouto - he loves little sisters) - MstAs is about mangaka and his friends and IsIi is about novelist and his friends - Both are pretty lewd but in the funny way - You can expect fanservice which is not taken seriously from both

A story that does deal with different kinds of mangaka having to deal with different, though unique situations. Plus, the side characters are very memorable as well.

Both revolve around a guy and a group of girls who work on some form of drawing or animating. Manga Artist focuses on on the perverted male MC who loves drawing ecchi manga, while Eroge focuses on the group who are creating an eroge. Eroge has quite a decent and enjoyable story for a hentai. Manga Artist is a great comedy with a lovable, adorable male MC.

Similar story of a pants - obsessed otherwise nice guy and his female assistant. The timing and humor are nearly if not exactly the same. If you like one you will definitely like the other

- "if you like the other one, then you will like both" - both of the male protagonist like perverted things, but sometimes when serious things happen they become matured. ( sado taro-aito yuki ) - tsundere blondie ( miharu and sena - mio ) - every episode that you will laugh because of the main character

I highly enjoyed both series for their humour. Both are comedies focusing on perverted main characters. Prison school jokes are more crude but overall I felt the same kind of enjoyment for both series.

Main male characters are perverts and have a harem which at the same, is not necessarily a harem. Both shows are more focused on comedy, and are hilarious! Fans of one should definitely check the other one out ;)

Both shows are Harem and more or less Slice of Life, although one is dealing with the life of some students of an agriculture school and the other one is about a mangaka. Both shows include perverted jokes which makes them unbareable to watch for non-ecchi fans.

Both series revolve around the process of manga creation. -In Mangaka-san, the author is a successful serialized ecchi author. -In Comic Girls, there are multiple aspiring authors and one of them also publishes an erotic manga series.

Both are slice of life seinen comedies about ecchi/ero manga. Both feature cute girls and slightly perverted situations. While Mangaka-san to Assistant-san to The Animation is more about making manga, Denki-gai no Honya-san is more about selling it.

Both series depict the everyday life of ecchi writers and how they struggle to meet their deadlines while also keeping their wild fantasies in check.
